The Consultation Portal allows you to make comments on line.  You may be required to register your details in order to participate in certain consultation events.  Details such as your name, organisation, location and comments may then be displayed publicly on the internet.  The privacy settings can be viewed in the Information area for each consultation event.

Special information for those responding to ‘Local Development Framework’ consultations

To comply with The Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004 (As Amended), the authority needs to make all comments made to consultations available for public inspection. Copies are placed online and in our main office, however address and contact details of respondents will not be published online.
